1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ExtraBits Academy website or enrolling in any of our offline/online programs (including but not limited to Fullstack Web Development, MERN Stack, Data Science, and AI/ML), you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the website or use any IT training services.

2. Definitions

"Academy", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to ExtraBits Academy, Surat's premier AI-integrated IT training institute.

"Student", "You", or "User" refers to any individual accessing the website or enrolled in our professional IT courses.

"Services" refers to all academic training, live project mentoring, job placement assistance, and digital content provided by ExtraBits Academy.

3. Website Terms of Use & Intellectual Property

Copyright Ownership: All content on this website—including course modules, syllabus structures, text, graphics, logos, and promotional videos—is the exclusive property of ExtraBits Academy.

Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our course materials (especially our proprietary Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI workflows) for commercial purposes or to build a competing IT institute in Surat or elsewhere.

Website Integrity: Users are prohibited from attempting to hack, disrupt, or bypass the security measures of extrabitsacademy.com.

4. Enrollment and Admission Policy

Eligibility: Admissions to specialized courses (such as Fullstack Web Development with Python Django or Application Development using Flutter) are open to all interested candidates. However, ExtraBits Academy reserves the right to screen candidates to ensure they possess the foundational logic required for advanced AI-integrated coding.

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason, particularly if we believe the individual intends to misuse our proprietary teaching methodologies.

5. Fee Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment Terms: Course fees must be paid in full or via approved installment plans prior to the commencement of the batch.

No-Refund Policy: To maintain the highest quality of infrastructure and faculty allocation, all registration fees and course installments are strictly non-refundable.

Batch Transfers: In exceptional circumstances (e.g., severe medical emergencies), management may, at its sole discretion, allow a student to transfer their enrollment to a future batch within six (6) months.

6. Academic & AI Tool Usage Policy (The ExtraBits Standard)

As Surat's first "AI-First" IT training institute, we strictly enforce the following regarding our integrated tools:

• Ethical AI Use: Students will be trained on advanced AI Agents (such as Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT, and Midjourney). Students must use these tools for learning, productivity (10x development speed), and ethical coding.
• Tool Subscriptions: Unless explicitly stated in the course brochure, students are responsible for maintaining their own premium subscriptions to third-party AI tools or IDEs, though ExtraBits Academy will provide access to standard tools during lab hours.
• Attendance & Projects: To qualify for certification, students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance and successfully complete their assigned Live Project.

7. Job Placement and Assistance Policy

100% Placement Assistance: We provide rigorous placement assistance, including interview preparation and portfolio building.

Performance Dependency: Placement assistance is strictly applicable to students who complete all assignments, clear internal mock interviews, and demonstrate mastery of their respective tech stack (e.g., React JS, Node JS, UI/UX).

No Guarantee Clause: While ExtraBits Academy has a phenomenal track record of placing students in top Surat IT firms, we do not guarantee specific salary figures, as final hiring decisions rest entirely with the recruiting companies.

8. Limitation of Liability

ExtraBits Academy, its founders, and its faculties shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or inability to secure employment post-training. The tech industry evolves rapidly; while we teach the absolute latest (Generative AI, Advanced Python, etc.), we are not liable for external market fluctuations.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms, website usage, or enrollment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat.

10. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our professional IT courses are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any short-term or long-term course (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time to align with current industrial IT trends.
